Marilina Kim

Marilina Kim joined the Modern Language Department as a Spanish-French teaching fellow in 1997 upon completion of her undergraduate studies at Bates College. She originally learned Spanish in Argentina, her birth place, and continued her studies in college, where she also pursued French. Marilina has studied languages in Rennes, France, and Sevilla, Spain, and has also traveled to various countries around the world such as Korea and Japan. Marilina enjoys skiing, knitting, drawing, and running (only when the conditions are just right). She can't bake anything besides bread, which she finds therapeutic, but loves to cook.
